A field of pink flowers and trees

Bodhi Perryer

Bodhi embarked on his transformative journey at the tender age of 20. Driven by an inner calling, he secluded himself in a year-long retreat, an experience that unveiled his true essence beyond the physical realm. This profound realisation marked the dawn of a new chapter, liberating him from the shackles of introversion and depression, and igniting a passion for exploration and vibrant living.

His quest for spiritual enlightenment led him to the mystical lands of India, where he encountered his Guru. It was here, amidst ancient wisdom and spiritual practices, that he was given the name Bodhi. This period of deep spiritual work was balanced with his commitment to the earth, as he spent alternate seasons in Sweden, dedicating himself to tree planting. This was a time of initiation, alone in the forest, pushing his body and mind to the limits. He studied Reiki to heal his body and plant more trees, which eventually turned into a service of healing for others.

In 2016, Bodhi ventured into a new endeavour, transforming a South African farm into a beacon of permaculture and a sanctuary for spiritual seekers. Despite facing profound challenges that tested his resolve, he emerged resilient, embarking on his next venture in Australia. There, he founded Forestme, a pioneering tree-planting enterprise that blends technology with old-school planting methods, aiming to revolutionise reforestation efforts globally.

Currently residing in Sydney with his partner, a psychotherapist and yoga teacher, Bodhi continues to delve deeper into his spiritual practice, healing work, and entrepreneurial pursuits.
